Jiu Jitsu
Kickboxing
Jiu-Jitsu emphasizes ground fighting and submission techniques, incorporating elements from various grappling arts, primarily Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, along with aspects of Judo and wrestling. It is an excellent choice for both self-defense and fitness.

Self Defense Seminars
Our Self-Defense Seminars equip participants with the skills to protect themselves from harassment, abuse, and assault, addressing both physical and non-physical threats encountered in everyday situations.
Our kickboxing program blends boxing and Muay Thai fundamentals to develop striking skills from the ground up. Students learn proper stance, footwork, punches, kicks, knees, and elbows while building timing, coordination, and conditioning. Training combines pad work and partner drills in a safe, supportive environment—great for fitness, self-defense, or martial arts.
